Lettter to Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz
Congresswoman Schultz,
I'm from Plantation, Florida and thanks to your support a year and a half ago my district finally has a Democrat representative. I'm from the FL-22 district and Ron Klein is my congressman. I personally appreciate the help and endorsements you gave him when he ran and I'm happy to see that the DCCC is concerned about his re-election campaign this year.
I'm writing this e-mail though to encourage you to support the candidates in our neighboring districts, Ms. Taddeo, Mr. Martinez, and especially Mr. Garcia. As a prominent political figure in our area, your support and endorsements of these challengers will mean a lot by increasing their visibility, which will mean more funds to their campaigns, and help the defeat Republicans who continue to vote against legislation that both you and Congressman Klein are in favor of.
South Florida knows how critical these seats are and I can only hope that since you're a co-chair of the Red to Blue program, that you will not only support these candidates but that you will also make sure they are a focus of the Red to Blue program, especially Mr. Garcia as he challenges for the FL-25 seat.
