(Then about a month later, the Tet Offensive occurred and all hell broke loose. But no worries, we still won the war... oh wait..nevermind.)
In other news, you gotta love how prezzy candidate Dennis Kucinich has earned a totally sweet I-toldja-so moment over Iran:
"The Bush Administration has falsely led the American people into believing that Iran was developing nuclear weapons, and as recently as last month," Kucinich declared. "Belligerence and obfuscation is the same foreign policy that brought us to war."
It shocks the hell out of me that there are still people who trust this president.
