If you see a troll, grab them by the neck and throw them back under the bridge. Or… message me or Grant, and we’ll take care of it.

So what’s a troll?

When determining whether a poster is a troll, Grant came up with three simple but excellent questions to ask yourself.

• 1.) Is the poster an asshole?
• 2.) Does the poster consistently verify the fact that he's an asshole?
• 3.) Does the poster use terms like "genius" and "underestimated" to describe George W. Bush or any members of his administration?

If so, you’ve got a troll on your hands.

Basically, a troll is a poster who deliberately attempts to disrupt the site. This could mean insulting other members or trying to hijack a thread to talk about something totally irrelevant. Disagreeing doesn’t qualify as trollish behavior, but doing so rudely and disrespectfully does.

Use your best judgement.

So if you see a troll, eliminate with extreme prejudice! …or send a message to Grant or Jake and we’ll check it out and if indeed the user-in-question is a troll, they’ll be banned, smited, destroyed, shutout, neutralized, whacked, finished, kaputt and Lose the Label will live happily ever after.
