ok, that's 4 of us so far. I hope we can number at least 6 or 7 (core members) so we can get set up better, voice all complaints and discussion about the theme, and finally get to the point we can start expanding again (outreach, plus messaging the facebook group to get more people involved).

change of plans: I can't make the meeting tomorrow night, at least not by intertubes. we need to be in newport by the 6th, and are leaving tomorrow to beat some bad weather.

jake, if you want to call me around that time and do some basic translation or ask me about stuff as it comes up in the meeting, i should have cell phone service -- we won't be that far off shore.
